Shipping policy

At GLORIAH, we want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Courier & Delivery (UK Mainland)

  • We ship all mainland UK orders with Evri.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • Your tracking number will be sent directly to your email once your order has shipped so you can keep an eye on progress.

Northern Ireland

  • Due to updated post-Brexit regulations, all Northern Ireland orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Please allow additional delivery time beyond our standard 2–4 working days.

  • Tracking will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, click the link in your shipping email to track your delivery with Evri (mainland) or Royal Mail (NI).
